Androgel Low-T Lawsuit Filed After Heart Attack

AndroGel Testosterone Therapy LawsuitsA 59-year-old Fort Collins, Colorado man has filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the testosterone drug Androgel claiming the drug caused him to suffer a heart attack. The victim first found out that he had extremely low testosterone levels after visiting his doctor due to feeling run down and tired all of the time.  As a result, he was prescribed Androgel as a testosterone replacement therapy. Two years later he suffered a heart attack. Even after his heart attack his physician continued to prescribe the drug to him.

Similar lawsuits are being filed all over the country after recent studies linked an increased risk of heart attacks, stroke, death, and other cardiovascular events. These studies also prompted the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to conduct an investigation on the safety of these drugs.
